How do you kidnap so many people at one time?

Two hundred fifty girls kidnapped from a school in Nigeria. How does that even happen? I can't wrangle my 4 year old nephew, much less almost 300 teenagers. But then I'm not an armed extremist.The ludicrous President and his equally ridiculous wife, have done nothing and orderd protesters arrested. How crazy, callous and downright stupid are they? How are they in power? How do I ask that, the world has seen many stupid and/or heartless leaders.

Preparations are being made, so the girls will hopefully be rescued  by a military team from the US and Nigerian authorities. Good job, Johnathon; hopefully it's not too late.
